Data we process
We only process the data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to the weekly Eco newsletter: name and email address. We do not handle special categories of data and we do not carry out automated profiling.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used exclusively for sending the weekly Eco newsletter and for the educational outreach of renewable energy and sustainable farming content. The legal basis is your explicit consent, given by ticking the form checkbox.
Retention period
We retain your data for as long as your subscription remains active. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the foot of every newsletter or by writing to privacidad@saventelaro.com.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties. We only work with European technical service providers under data-processing agreements as set out in article 28 of the GDPR.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to privacidad@saventelaro.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
